Respect Our Golf Course and Our Greens: No Guests are allowed on the course during or after the event. If the Ceremony is taking place outside, no heels will be allowed on the greens.

Be Cautious Around Water Features: Enjoy the scenic views, but exercise caution when near the river, pond, and bridge areas, as rocks and paths may be slippery. We are near nature preserves where alligators* are very common. Please stay away from open bodies of water. *The Alligators do smile a lot, but are not friendly.

Property Damage: Any damage may result in monetary losses for the Bride & Groom. They are ultimately responsible for all Guests on the property.

Pet Policy: Service dogs only.

Golf Cart Use: No one, at any time, is allowed to drive or operate Madison Green Country Club Golf Carts. Anyone caught without approval will be removed immediately from the property.

Valet Availability: All wedding guests will enjoy complimentary valet.

Adhere to Event Timelines: Please follow the schedule provided by the hosts to ensure a smooth and timely event.

Supervise Children: If attending with children, please ensure they are supervised at all times, especially near water features and uneven terrain.

Respect Designated Smoking Areas: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the provided receptacles.

Follow Alcohol Policies: Outside alcohol is not allowed. Please enjoy beverages provided by the event’s licensed vendor. Anyone caught serving alcohol to a minor will be asked to leave immediately. Minors attempting to obtain alcohol from the bar will be asked to leave immediately.

No Illegal Drug Use: Anyone caught in possession of or using illegal drugs will be removed from the property immediately.

Respect the Property: Treat the venue’s facilities, decor, and landscape with care. Any damage may result in fees.

Follow Pet Policies: If the event allows pets, ensure they are well-behaved and do not cause any damage or disturbances.

These responsibilities help ensure a pleasant experience for everyone while preserving the beauty of The Venue at Ballenger Bridge. Failure to adhere to these policies could result in the couple being billed/loss of their security deposit, and/or immediate guest removal from the property, and/or an immediate end to the event.
