After 31 years as a public school teacher, Carmen made the decision to retire to pursue her love of baking full time. Completely self-taught, Carmen used youtube and the power of the internet to learn everything from baking to decorating cakes. She is extremely proud of the business that she continues to build on a daily basis. Her philosophy is to do everything with excellence and to learn something new every day.
