How far is Madison Green Events from Boynton Beach?
The drive is about 35 to 45 minutes. On-site parking is available for event guests, and your coordinator can walk you through the arrangements on your tour.
Can we hold the ceremony and reception in the same place?
Yes. Couples choose from six on-property ceremony locations, including lakefront patios, garden areas, and an outdoor ceremony space designed with Preston Bailey, then move to a reception space. Everything happens on one property.
What spaces can we choose from?
Our signature reception space is the Preston Bailey Ballroom, with crystal ceilings, custom wall décor, and seating for up to 220 guests. The Lakeview Room offers an indoor and outdoor setting with a lakefront patio, and our outdoor spaces work for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions under the Florida sky.
Where does the wedding party get ready?
The Bridal Suite is a private haven for the bride and bridesmaids, and the Onyx Suite is a retreat for the groom and his party. See both on our suites page.
What about catering?
Menus are custom-curated by our in-house culinary team, and outside catering is generally not permitted. Start on our catering page.

Your coordinator plans a rain backup using our indoor spaces, including the Preston Bailey Ballroom and the Lakeview Room.
Is there anywhere nearby for engagement photos?
Boynton Beach has settings you already know, like Oceanfront Park and the Boynton Harbor Marina. A photo session near home pairs well with a tour of the venue on the same day.
